acquired the assets of Oceatec inc. The new company born
from this transaction, Cube Quebec, is registered in the province of Quebec and is a division of Cube Automation Inc. Oceatec has thereby
become a trademark of Cube Quebec.
Oceatec offers a wide range of high technology automated, sanitary and
safe equipment, for the food processing industry.
