A Canadian company, working in the collection and valorization of used cooking oils, asked for our expertise to
design a recuperation tank for its clients in the fast food and restaurant business. The goal was to design a small
capacity tank, that fits in a small space, at the lowest cost, to store and to collect used cooking oil and grease.

During this project, our engineering has proposed innovative solutions to meet the Client goals.

Our mechanical design team designed a plastic tank for its fabrication by the rotomolding process and calculated
its resistance to the oil static load. A pumping system, adapted to this type of liquid, was chosen and integrated to the tank.
