A seafood processor benefited from our expertise in food processing and from our knowledge in drying technology
by asking us for advice on how to improve its drying installation.
 
Oceatec professional engineer in charge of this project performed an evaluation of the existing drying system and
supervised data collection of the process. We proposed recommendations to improved the drying time and to reduce
the energy costs. The information provided by Oceatec allowed the processor to implement the changes himself.
This intervention provided immediate gain in productivity at a very low cost.
